Underground LHD Lift Cylinder

Underground LHD Lift Cylinder is a double-acting hydraulic actuator installed between the frame and bucket arm of underground LHD, it works in coordination with the tilt cylinder to complete full loading, hauling and dumping cycles for underground mining.

Lifting stroke:  High-pressure hydraulic oil flows into the cap-end chamber, pushing the piston and rod to extend. It provides powerful thrust to lift the loaded bucket with ores or muck.

Lowering stroke:  Pressurized oil enters the rod-end chamber, while oil from the cap-end chamber returns to the tank. The rod retracts to lower the bucket back to ground position.

Safety function:  Built-in hydraulic lock maintains oil pressure inside the cylinder chambers, locking the bucket at any lifting height to avoid accidental falling during underground operation.

Designed for harsh underground environments filled with dust and muddy slurry, the cylinder adopts double-layer dustproof & waterproof seals to avoid cylinder scratch caused by mineral silt. Main structural parts are made of Q355D HSLA steel with great impact resistance and low-temperature toughness. Self-lubricating articulated bushings effectively reduce pin wear under continuous heavy vibration.Compatible with 7–14 ton underground LHDs, custom bore, stroke and mounting dimensions are available on request.
