Side lock tool holder, also called end mill arbor or end mill adapter, it’s a common CNC machining tool in cutting operations. It is secured to the tool holder's surface through the application of a set screw on its side.

    Description

    The side-fixed tool holder features strong clamping force and torsional resistance, making it suitable for heavy cutting. It is the standard choice for holding square shank milling cutters and drills. It is easy to maintain, has low parts replacement costs, a sturdy structure, and good durability. However, be aware that radial runout may occur, and usually only one tool with a fixed shank diameter can be held.
    When placing an order, kindly specify the standard form of the tool holder. For tool holders necessitating a central water inlet as well as a side-flange water inlet for cooling purposes, please indicate the AD/B type.
    It is possible to provide balancing tool holders according to requirements. The standard precision is G6.3/12,000 rpm, while the precise precision is G2.5/20,000 rpm.
