Description
The outer diameter accuracy of the MPM brand hydraulic cylinder piston can reach ±0.01mm, the cylindrical error is controlled within 0.005mm, and the surface roughness Ra is as low as 0.2μm - 0.4μm, ensuring high-precision matching with the inner wall of the cylinder, effectively reducing leakage, reducing friction loss, and extending the service life of the piston and the entire hydraulic cylinder.
According to different working environments and media, high-quality sealing materials such as fluororubber and nitrile rubber are selected to ensure the compatibility and stability of the seals and hydraulic oil.
In order to enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the piston surface and improve the service life, the piston surface is subjected to special anti-corrosion treatment, such as chrome plating, nickel plating or chemical coating.
Features
When working, under the action of the hydraulic oil pressure difference, the piston moves linearly along the cylinder, converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to drive the external load. It is widely used in various hydraulic systems.
