Reversible Plough Turnover Hydraulic Cylinder features a double-ear hinged structure and is fully controlled by double-acting hydraulic system. It enables the plow frame to perform 180° reversing rotation, solving the problem of two-way farming operations in both directions. It is the most crucial force-bearing component of the reversible plough.
Operating method:
Without rod chamber, oil enters the chamber → piston extends → plow frame rotates 180°;
With rod chamber, oil enters the chamber → piston retracts → reverse rotation.
Core structural features:
Cylinder barrel: Seamless precision steel tube with high tensile strength, engineered to withstand high-pressure conditions in agricultural applications without bursting
Piston rod:Chromium plated with QC treatment for enhanced wear resistance, corrosion protection, and bending durability.
Built-in buffer device: Automatic buffer at the flip end to prevent hard impact of the plow frame and minimize overall vibration
Sealing components:High-pressure resistant imported oil seal, preventing leakage and pressure bypass, ensuring no oil leakage even under long-term high-temperature operation.
